1. What this service is
Rankboard is a public list of products and X profiles, ordered by what each listing paid to hold its place. It is run by an independent individual based in Pakistan, and reachable at [email protected]. Placing a bid means you accept these terms.
2. What it costs
There is one price on this site, and it is the amount you choose to bid. Nothing is charged on top of it: no listing fee, no commission, no monthly cost.
- Bids are whole US dollars. The lowest bid that will place a new listing is $1.
- You may bid any whole amount at or above that. The amount decides the position, and the position is shown before you pay.
- An address already on the board pays only the difference between the bid it holds and the bid it wants, subject to a minimum raise of $1.
- It is a single payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurs, nothing renews, and no card is kept on file by this site.
- Tax is added by the merchant of record where the law requires it, and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
3. What you are buying
You are buying one thing: a position on this board, held for as long as your bid remains high enough to hold it. That is the entire product.
- You are not buying a length of time. Your place can be taken minutes after you pay, or hold for months. Neither outcome entitles you to anything further.
- You are not buying traffic. Clicks are reported next to each listing as a matter of record. No number of visits, impressions, or customers is promised or implied.
- You are not buying an endorsement. A listing is not a review, a rating, or a recommendation, and nothing about a listing's position reflects quality.
4. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Creem, who act as merchant of record and appear on your statement. A rank is claimed when the payment completes, not when the form is submitted, and your card details never reach this site.
- Bids are final and non-refundable. This includes bids placed by mistake, bids placed at the wrong amount, and bids you later regret.
- Being outbid is not grounds for a refund. Losing your place is how the board is designed to work, and it is described plainly before you pay.
- If a payment completes but the listing fails to appear through a fault on our side, write to us and we will place the listing or return the money in full.
- If something is wrong with your listing, email us before opening a payment dispute. We answer within three working days and would rather fix it than argue about it.
5. What you may list
A product website or an X handle that you own or are authorised to represent. The following cannot hold a place, and a listing that breaks this rule is removed without a refund:
- Sexual or adult material of any kind.
- Anything illegal in Pakistan or in the country the listing targets.
- Link shorteners, chat invites, and any address that hides where a click ends up.
- Malware, deceptive downloads, or content that impersonates another business.
- Anything that infringes somebody else's trademark or copyright.
6. Removal and suspension
We may remove any listing that breaks section 5, that turns out to point somewhere other than what was submitted, or that exposes this board to legal or payment risk. Removal under this section carries no refund. We may also decline a bid before it is taken, in which case nothing is charged.
7. Availability and liability
This board is a small independent project and is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for anything you buy from a listing, for the conduct of any listed business, or for losses arising from the use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of your most recent bid.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may change. Bids already placed are governed by the terms that were published when the payment completed. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
